摘    要:近年肺结节检出率逐渐升高。微波消融治疗肺结节具有疗效确切、安全性高等优势。利用影像学引导下穿刺病理活检同步微波消融可实现同时诊断和治疗肺结节。本文对微波消融治疗恶性肺结节进展进行综述。

Abstract:Recent years, the detection rate of pulmonary nodules gradually increased. Microwave ablation has the advantages of definite efficacy and high safety in treatment of pulmonary nodules. Imaging-guided biopsy and microwave ablation can be used to diagnose and treat pulmonary nodules simultaneously. The advances of microwave ablation for treating malignant pulmonary nodules were reviewed in this article.
