| 摘 要： | 肌腱、韧带损伤后造成缺损、粘连和功能障碍的问题，当今尚未得到解决。组织工程技术，特别是生物羊膜，在眼科、烧伤整形科、耳鼻喉科等专科已经得到了较好的应用，羊膜能否用于肌腱、韧带的损伤修复目前尚无足够多的研究。本研究拟就羊膜特性及其在修复肌腱、韧带损伤方面的应用加以概述。

Research progress of amniotic membrane in repairing tendon and ligament injury |

| Abstract: | The problems of defect, adhesion and dysfunction caused by tendon and ligament injury have not been solved. Tissue engineering technology, especially biological amniotic membrane, has been well applied in ophthalmology, burn and plastic surgery, otorhinolaryngology and other specialties. Can amniotic membrane be used for tendon and ligament repair? There is not enough research evidence at present. This article will review the recent researches about the characteristics of amniotic membrane and its application in repairing tendon and ligament injury. |
