骨搬移技术结合腓骨段植入胫骨髓内治疗胫骨大段骨缺损

摘    要:目的:探讨骨搬移技术结合腓骨段植入胫骨髓内治疗下肢胫骨大段骨缺损的效果。方法:选取2015年9月-2018年9月胫骨开放性骨折术后感染性大段骨缺损病人21例,均存在皮肤缺损及骨外露。21例患者均采用单边重建外固定延长架行骨搬移结合腓骨段植入胫骨髓内治疗。结果:患者全部获得随访,随访时间平均18.6个月。21例均愈合,延长段或运输段长度平均6.3cm,骨折端愈合时间平均15.3个月。采用ASAMI标准评价治疗效果,骨愈合优良率100%,功能恢复优良率86.3%。结论:骨搬移技术结合腓骨段植入胫骨髓内是治疗胫骨大段骨缺损的有效方法。

Treatment of Large Segmental Tibial Bone Defect by Bone Transport Combined with Fibula Implantation in Tibial Bone Marrow

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the ffct of bone transport combined with fibula implantation in tibial bone marrow for the treat-ment of large tibial defect of lower limbs.Methods:There were 21 cases of infection after fracture operation.All 21 cases were treated with external fixing lengthening frame of unilateral reconstruction combined with fibula implantation in tibial bone marrow.Results:All patients were followed up for an average of 18.6 months.All 21 cases healed,the average length of extension or transport segment was 6.3 cm,and the average healing time of fracture was 15.3 months.ASAMI standard was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.The excel-lent rate of bone healing and functional recovery was 100%and 86.3%respectively.Conclusion:Bone transport technique combined with fibula implantation in tibial bone marrow is an effective method for the treatment of large segmengtal tibial bone defect.
