5A咨询教育模式应用于青少年女性重复流产的价值分析

目的评价5A咨教模式应用于青少年女性重复人工流产的效果。方法选取青少年重复人工流产女性360例,根据首诊日期分组,单日为观察组(188例),进行5A健康咨询教育服务;双日为对照组(172例),进行常规流产后关爱咨询服务。分析两组的避孕知识知晓度、术后即刻避孕方法落实率,并随访术后两组的避孕方法使用情况及再次妊娠率等。结果观察组避孕知识知晓率、术后即刻避孕方法落实率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3月、6月观察组高效避孕方法续用率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6月观察组1例再次妊娠,对照组5例再次妊娠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论5A咨教模式应用于青少年女性重复人工流产咨询服务效果显著,能有效避免再次意外妊娠的发生,保护女性生殖健康。

Analysis on the effect of 5A counsultation education model applied to the repeated abortion of adolescent females

Objective To evaluate the effect of 5 A counsultation education model on repeated induced abortion in adolescent females.Methods 360 adolescent women with repeated abortion were selected.Grouped by date of first visit,5 A health counselling and education services were provided on odd days as an observation group(188 cases);Even days were the control group(172 cases),and routine care counseling after abortion was performed.The knowledge of contraception in the two groups was analyzed,and the contraceptive method implementation rate at the time of operation was analyzed.The contraceptive method usage and the rate of second pregnancy were followed up.Results The awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge and the implementation rate of contraceptive methods after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after the operation,the continuance rate of effective contraceptive method in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 1 case of pregnancy in the observation group and 5 cases of pregnancy in the control group 6 months after the operation,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The 5 A counsultation education model has a significant effect on repeated induced abortion of adolescent women,which can effectively avoid the occurrence of unwanted pregnancy again and protect women’s reproductive health.
