MEBT/MEBO在手部深度烧伤的治疗体会

目的：为了更好地保存烧伤患者手的功能，降低患者伤后畸形形率，提高伤后生活质量。方法：规范应用ＭＥＢＴ／ＭＥＢＯ治疗手段和刀药结合的方法，改善伤后手部微循环。自始至终保持患手的动静结合，调动气血运行。结果：６０只手部深Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度烧伤，痊愈５１只，占８５％；好转９只，占１５％；总有效率１００％。结论：三度六级分法最适宜手部烧伤的划分与治疗。ＭＥＢＴ／ＭＥＢＯ在手部深度烧伤的治疗中降低了畸形和致残率，Ｍ

Experience with MEBT/MEBO in Treating Deep Hand Burn Wounds

Objective: To better protect the function of the burn hands and to lower the deformity rate and promote the living quality. Method: MEBT/MEBO was applied in compliance with the standardized method and in association with the technique of integrating knife and drug to improve microcirculation in hands. During the whole course of the treatment, the injured hands were kept in a state in compliance with the principle of combination of movement and immobilization to regulate the blood flow. Result: 51 out of the 60 hands with deep second and third degree burn healed, the healing rate was 85%. 9 hands turned better, accounted for 15%, The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Three degree six division method is suitable for the classification of hand burn wounds. MEBT/MEBO for treating deep hand burn wounds can lower deformity and disablement rates. MEBO is easy and simple to apply and to be popularized.
