无创机械通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病急性呼吸衰竭的研究

目的 评价无创机械通气治疗老年COPD患者急性呼吸衰竭的效果及应用价值。方法 收集32例采用无创机械通气治疗的老年COPD的临床资料，回顾性分析无创机械通气治疗前后的动脉血气分析指标变化。结果32例使用无创机械通气治疗的老年COPD患者的PaO2均有提高，PaCO2明显下降，症状明显好转，呼吸困难、发绀减轻，呼吸频率及心率均有所降低。结论 无创机械通气治疗老年COPD患者急性呼吸衰竭，疗效确切、缩短了住院时间、节约了费用，并发症减少。

Study on Treatment of Acute Respiratory Failure of Senile COPD with Non-invasive Mechanical Ventilator

Objective To assess the curative effect and application value of non - invasive mechanical ventilator in treatment of acute respiratory failure of senile COPD. Methods The clinical materials of 23 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively in blood gas analvsis of artery before and after therapy. Results The pH value and PaO2 of 32 cases were increased than those before therapy and PaCO2 decreased with symptoms recovered of shortness of breath, cyanotic, R and HR. Conclusion This method might be easy performed, simple, less pain and acceptable without side effect. It might have good result, shorten hosoitalization and save cost.
