缺铁性贫血对儿童体格发育影响的研究

在云南大理地区采用血红蛋白（Hb）和红细胞内游离原卟淋（FEP）指标进行0～14岁儿童铁缺乏症普查，同时测量身高、体重。在缺铁性贫血（IDA）组和正常组选择家庭经济状况相似的儿童按各年龄组及性别2：1配对。IDA组1566例，男786例、女780例；正常组783名，男393名、女390名。并且在IDA组和正常组分别抽样40例、33名儿童测定转铁蛋白（TRF）和前白蛋白（PA）。结果IDA患儿PA和身高、体重均低于正常儿童，经补铁治疗PA含量增高。研究表明：IDA影响儿童的体格发育。

IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA AFFECTS THE PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN

Hemoglobin (Hb) and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin (EEP) were checked in a cluster sampling of 3197 children from 0-14 years old in Dali Bai nationality autonomous prefecture,Yunnan. At the same time the children's height and weight were measured, Children of iron drficiency anemia (IDA) group and normal control group were matched 2:1 proportionally according to three criteria: economically similar family background, same age and same sex, 1566 cases were from IDA group, with 786 male and 780 female; 783 cases from control group with 393 male and 390 female. 40 cases were selected from IDA group, and 33 from the normal group, Test of transferrin (TRF) and prealbumin(PA) was done. The results showed that in IDA children the level of PA was lower than in normal children (P<0.05).The height and weight of the IDA children were also under the level of the normal group (P<0.05). And after the treatment with ferralium the concentration of PA in IDA children increased. The study indicates that IDA affects the physical development of children.
