下肢持续骨牵引老年患者并发心理障碍的相关因素及护理干预

目的了解持续骨牵引老年患者心理障碍的相关因素并实施干预。方法采用自行设计问卷调查形式进行分析,针对性的有计划的开展护理干预。结果主要从9个相关因素调查分析并进行护理干预,干预后正性因素明显高于干预前,家庭支持系统、患者本人的配合程度和归属感明显增高（P〈0．05）。结论开展因人而异、简单易行的对患者本人及家庭成员的人文及健康教育,提高家属对老年人的关切感与归属感,使患者获得有效地家庭支持。提高患者本人及家属对护理基本技能、疾病相关知识与生活护理的知晓率,对改善生活质量提高生存率起到了促进作用。

Related Factors of Lower Limb Skeletal Traction in Elderly Patients with Mental Disorders and Nursing Intervention

Objective To investigate the factors related to skeletal traction in elderly patients with mental disorders and implement intervention. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to analyze, and nursing intervention was carried out targetedly and plannedly. Results The investigation and analysis and nursing intervention were carried out mainly from 9 related factors. Af- ter the intervention, positive factors were significantly higher than those before intervention, family support system, and patients＂ cooperation and sense of ownership increased significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To give the patients and their family members in- dividual, simple and practicable humanities and health education, improve the families of the elderly people concern and a sense of belonging, so that patients receive effective family support. Improving the knowledge of patients and their family members of ba- sic nursing skills, disease related knowledge and life care, plays an active role in improving the quality of life and increasing the survival rate.
