南通市崇川区7-9岁儿童第一恒磨牙萌出、患龋及防治情况调查

目的对南通市崇川区7-9岁儿童第一恒磨牙（以下简称六龄齿）萌出情况、龋齿、龋齿治疗及窝沟封闭进行调查分析。方法采用整群、等比、分层抽样方法，对崇川区城郊14所小学，2369例儿童（7—9岁）的六龄齿进行龋病流行病学调查。结果总患龋率为19．00％，女生（21．52％）明显高于男生（16．63％）（X2=9．19，P〈0．05），城市儿童（18．75％）低于郊区儿童（22．44％），女生第一恒磨牙萌出率（97．76％）稍高于男生（97．60％），充填率（6．04％）很低，窝沟封闭率（O．86％）更低。结论儿童第一恒磨牙龋坏率高，建议对六龄齿进行早期防龋治疗，实施窝沟封闭，最佳时期为7-9岁。

Investigation of Tooth Eruption and Caries Prevalence and Prevention and Treatment of the First Permanent Molar in 7~9 Year-old Children in Cho ngchuan District of Nantong

Objective To investigate tooth eruption, caries prevalence, treatment of caries and pit and fissure sealant of the first permanent molar （hereafter referred to as six-year teeth） in 7-9 year-old children in Chongchuan District of Nantong. Methods With the methods of cluster, equal proportion and stratified sampling, 2369 children（7-9 year old） from 14 suburbs and city schools in Chongchuan District were selected. Their six-year teeth were examined. Results The total caries incidence rate of six-year teeth was 19.00%. The figure was 21.52% and 16.63% in girls and boys respectively（X2=9.19, P〈0.05）. The rate of city children（18.75%） was lower than that of suburbs children （22.44%）. The eruption rate of the first permanent molar in girls was 97.76% and 97.60% in boys. The filling rate was only 6.04%, but pit and fissure sealant rate was much lower. It was 0.86%. Conclusion Caries incidence of first permanent molar in 7-9 year children in Chongchuan District of Nantong is high and early prevention should be taken. The best period of pit and fissure sealant is 7-9 year old.
