奥曲肽在老年不完全性肠梗阻患者治疗中的效果观察

目的探讨奥曲肽在老年不完全性肠梗阻患者治疗中的临床效果。方法将老年不完全性肠梗阻患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予奥曲肽治疗。结果观察组患者治愈率和总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组患者禁食时间、肛门排气时间、症状缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论奥曲肽的应用可提高老年不完全性肠梗阻临床治疗效果,较快缓解症状,且安全性高,值得推广。

Observation on the Effect of Octreotide in the Treatment of Patients with Senile Incomplete Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of octreotide in the treatment of patients with senile incomplete intestinal ob- struction. Methods 120 patients with senile incomplete intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given oc- treotide treatment based on the control group＇s treatment. Results In the observation group, the cure rate and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group, but the differences were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The fasting time, anal ex- haust time, symptoms remission time, hospitalization time of the observation group patients were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the 2 groups. Conclusion The application of octreotide can improve the clinical treatment effect of senile incomplete intestinal obstruction, quickly relieve symptoms with high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
