肿瘤标志物的联合检测（对肝癌）诊断价值

目的 探讨肿瘤标志物的联合检测（对肝癌）诊断价值.方法 在2011年1月-2012年12月住院的原发性肝癌、良性肝病和健康对照者中,检测甲胎蛋白（AFP）、癌胚抗原（CEA）和恶性肿瘤特异生长因子（TSGF）这3种肿瘤标志物,比较三者及联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值.结果 原发性肝癌者的AFP、CEA、TSGF及联合检测结果显著高于、良性肝病和健康对照者,P〈0.05;三种肝癌标志物联合检测对肝癌诊断的灵敏度和特异度最高,约登指数最高.结论联合检测肝癌的诊断价值远高于单个指标的诊断价值.

The Diagnostic Value of Joint Detection of Tumor Markers for Liver Cancer

Objective To study the diagnostic value of joint detection of tumor markers for liver cancer. Methods AFP, CEA and TSGF were detected in primary liver cancer patients, benign liver disease patients and healthy controls, who hospitalized from January, 2011 to December, 2012. Diagnostic values of AFP, CEA, TSGF and joint detection for liver cancer were compared. Results The results of AFP, CEA, TSGF and joint detection of primary liver cancer patients were significantly higher than those of the benign liver disease patients and the healthy controls, P〈0.05;Joint detection had the highest sensitivity, specificity and Youden＇s index. Conclusion The diagnostic value of combined detection on liver cancer is significantly higher than single detection method.
