七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗急性软组织损伤的临床研究

目的 探讨七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗软组织损伤的临床疗效.方法将150例急性软组织损伤患者随机分为试验组和对照组,分别给予七叶皂苷钠搽剂和奇正消痛贴治疗1周.治疗前后分别计算患者在疼痛、压痛、肿胀、和功能障碍等方面的积分差值.结果七叶皂苷钠搽剂能明显改善患者的临床症状与体征,且无任何不良反应,其总有效率高于奇正消痛贴组.结论 七叶皂苷钠搽剂是一种较好的治疗软组织损伤的理想外用药.

Clinical Study on Acute Soft Tissue Injury Treated by Aescine Sodium Liniment

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Aescine Sodium Liniment in the treatment of soft tissue injury. Methods 150 cases of acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and they were treated with Aescine Sodium Liniment and Qizhengxiaotong emplastrum for a week, respectively. Integral difference of the patients in the aspects of pain, tenderness, swelling, dysfunction and so on was calculated before and after the treatment. Results Aescine Sodium Liniment can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients without any side effects, the total effective rate was higher than that of Qizhengxiaotong emplastrum group. Conclusion Aescine Sodium Liniment is an ideal drug for the treatment of Soft tissue injury.
