| 摘 要： | 目的通过实验讨论研究高龄产妇的病理性妊娠产生时的状况。方法将高龄孕妇200例和年龄〈35岁产妇200例配合搭对两组妊娠发生状况。结果高龄孕妇组妊娠期间患有高血压等几率显著大于对照组。结论高龄产妇病理妊娠产生机会比率大,应强化高龄产妇期间护理。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the pathological pregnancy of older mothers through experiments. Methods 200 cases of pregnant women and aged less than 35 years of age 200 lying-in women with a pregnancy status of the two groups. Results The probability of the advanced maternal age group with hypertension during pregnancy was significantly larger than that of the control group. Conclusion Advanced maternal age has a greater chance of having pathological pregnancy, so the nursing during pregnancy should be strengthened. |
