术中术后保温对腹腔镜小儿手术免疫功能的影响

目的探讨术中、术后保温对小儿腹腔镜手术的重要性。方法随机选取2009年小儿腹腔镜手术50例,未采取保温措施,随机抽取2012年小儿腹腔镜手术50例术中、术后均有采取保温措施,观察指数：手术小儿复苏时间、术后C反应蛋白（CRP）恢复正常时间,术后血像情况,了解术中、术后保温对腹腔镜小儿手术免疫功能的影响。结果采取小儿腹腔镜术中、术后保温,术后复苏时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）,CRP恢复正常时间明显缩短（P〈0.01）,白细胞、红细胞恢复正常时间明显缩短（P〈0.01）。结论小儿腹腔镜术中、术后保温,能缩短术后小儿复苏时间,提早恢复小儿术后免疫力。

The Effect of Intraoperative and Postoperative Heat Preservation on the Immune Function of Children Underwent Laparoscopic Operation

Objective To Investigate the importance of intraoperative and postoperative heat preservation to pediatric laparoscopic operation. Methods 50 cases of pediatric laparoscopic operations without taking heat preservation measures conducted in 2009, and 50 cases of pediatric laparoscopic operations taking intraoperative and postoperative heat preservation measures conducted in 2012 were randomly selected. Observation indices： pediatric surgery recovery time, postoperative c-reactive protein（CRP） returned to normal time and postoperative blood routine. Understand the effect of intraoperative and postoperative heat preservation on the immune function of children underwent laparoscopic operation. Results After taking intraoperative and postoperative heat preservation in pediatric laparoscopic operation, postoperative recovery time shortened significantly, P 0.05,CRP returned to normal time significantly shortened, P0.01, white blood cells and red blood cells backing to normal time significantly shortened, P 0.01. Conclusion Pediatric laparoscopic intraoperative and postoperative heat preservation can shorten the postoperative recovery time and recover pediatric postoperative immunity early.
