| 摘 要： | 类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性炎症,滑膜炎症和关节软骨破坏是其病理改变的主要特征之一。钙黏蛋白11是滑膜成纤维样细胞特异性表达的膜蛋白。它参与滑膜炎性反应,影响成纤维样滑膜细胞对关节软骨的侵蚀破坏作用。对钙黏蛋白11在RA发病机制中的病因性作用及其潜在的药物靶标作用予以综述。

| Abstract: | Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease affecting the joint synovium. Synovitis and cartilage erosion are the main pathological changes of rheumatoid arthritis. Cadherin-11,an adhesion molecule,is selectively expressed on fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS) ,which contributes to the synovial inflammation and mediates the cartilage degradation. Considering the selective expression of Cadherin-11 on FLS and its multiple influences on rheumatoid arthritis pathogenesis,this paper reviews the biological properties of Cadherin-11 and its role in RA. |
