| 摘 要： | 目的 研究微生态制剂丽珠肠乐治疗肝硬化腹泻的疗效。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法，将1998年4月对2001年7月63例肝泻患者随机分为治疗组及对照两组，治疗组（n=32)服用丽珠肠乐治疗，对照组（n=31)服用氧氟沙星治疗，分别观察其腹泻好转情况。结果 治疗组总有效率是93．72％，而对照组总有效率是54．85％，两组间有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论 微生态制剂丽珠肠乐治疗肝硬化腹泻疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of P.O.Bifidobiogen treating diahrrhea caused by hepatocirrhosis.Method With a prospective research approach, 63 people who suffered from hepatocirrhosis diahrrhea were randomly divided into two groups: the treated group (n=32) taking P.O.Bifidobiogen and the contrast group (n=31) taking Ofloxacin, so that the effect of the two drugs on treating the diahrrhea of the two groups of subjects were respectively observed.Result A total curative effect of 93.72% was experienced by the treated group, and 54.85% by the contrast group, which indicates a remarkable difference (P<0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion P.O.Bifidobiogen bears a notable curative effect in treating hepatocirrhosis diahrrhea. |
