中风复元汤治疗中风病恢复期临床观察

目的]观察中风复元汤在中风病恢复期治疗中的疗效。方法]选择本院住院146例病例,经脑CT检查为脑梗塞或脑出血病人血肿完全吸收,病程进入恢复期,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予内科基础治疗及康复治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服中风复元汤,15天后评定疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率94.7%,对照组总有效率82.8%。结论]神经功能恢复治疗组优于对照组。

Objective] To observe the recovery of stroke patients in stroke recovery soup of the efficacy of treatment. Methods] 146 cases of hospital patients,by brain CT examination for patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage hematoma completely absorbed into the recovery course of disease, were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group. The basis of the control group given medical treatment and rehabilitation treatment,the treatment group based on the increase in the stroke recovery soup served, 15 days after the assessment of efficacy. Results]The total effective rate 94. 7% ,control group,the total effective rate 82. 8% . Conclusion] The recovery of neurological function in the treatment group than the control group.
