| 摘 要： | 目的探讨装修材料所挥发出的有害物质对装修工人机体内抗氧化能力和脂质过氧化水平的影响及原因。方法随机选择151名连续从事装修和136名从事水暖安装工作的男性工人为暴露组和对照组;对两组工作环境空气中的有害物质甲醛、苯、甲苯和二甲苯进行检测;并测定两组工人血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果暴露组工作环境甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯总合格率分别为35.89%、61.72%、92.34%和91.61%,甲醛和苯超标严重,分别为7.20倍和4.18倍;对照组4项指标检测合格率均为100.00%。两组间血清中SOD和MDA的含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=12.15和t=17.59,均P<0.001)。结论暴露组工作环境空气污染较重,导致装修工人血清中SOD酶活性下降,MDA含量升高。
