煤矸石与无烟煤混合发电场所噪声与粉尘防护工程分析

摘    要:目的分析煤矸石混合燃料发电工作场所针对噪声和粉尘危害采取的防护工程有效性。方法采用职业卫生调查分析设置的噪声和粉尘防护工程设施,通过有害因素检测定量评估防护设施运行前后的危害程度变化,从而验证防护效果。结果减振、隔音等防护工程能使噪声强度由69.9~100.1 dB(A)降至62.0~91.7dB(A),平均降噪值16.7 dB(A);除尘、密闭等粉尘防护设施使输煤系统煤尘的呼尘和总尘浓度分别降低21.96%和49.67%,但在细碎机及下游皮带尾处未达到防护效果;加强锅炉密闭能有效控制主厂房区的矽尘,但灰库卸料口的除尘装置未能改善卸灰时的矽尘危害。结论防护工程需综合考虑工艺、危害产生途径、危害特性、操作方式等因素,采取适宜的防护形式,才能有效保护劳动者健康。
