摘    要:目的建立氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定生活饮用水中砷含量不确定度的分析方法,找出其主要影响因素。方法建立不确定度的数学模型,系统分析计算不确定度的各个分量。结果按GB/T 5750-2006(6.1)氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定生活饮用水中的砷,当结果为1.10μg/L时,其扩展不确定度为0.08μg/L(k=2)。结论测量中标准曲线拟合和样品重复测量引入的不确定度相对较大,是该方法影响测量结果不确定度的关键。

Abstract:Objective To establish the analysis method for uncertainty of arsenic in drinking water by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry,and identify the main effect factors.Methods A mathematical model of uncertainty was set up to analyze and calculate the various components of uncertainty.Results According to GB/T 5750-2006(6.1),when the result was 1.10 μg / L,its expanded uncertainty was 0.08 μg / L(k = 2).Conclusion The most primary influential factors for experiment results are standard curve fitting and repeated measurement in the determination process.
