| 摘 要： | 目的研究长期给予大鼠一定剂量人参粉对大鼠肝肾功能有否影响。方法分别以4、6、8 g/(kgBW.d)3个剂量人参粉掺入基础饲料喂饲大鼠180 d,另设基础饲料对照组;于试验45、90、180 d动物空腹取血,测定血清Cr、ALT、BUN等指标,比较不同试验期各组动物肝肾功能相关生化指标的差异。结果不同时间段各剂量组与基础饲料组比较大鼠血清Cr、ALT、BUN等指标未见明显差异(测定值详见表1～表3,均P>0.05)。结论在一定剂量范围内长期喂养大鼠人参粉,对其肝肾功能未见不良影响。
