高效液相色谱法同时测定妇炎消胶囊中5种蒽醌成分含量

目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定妇炎消胶囊中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚的含量。方法采用Diamonsil(TM)C18分析柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇∶0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为254 nm。结果芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚线性范围分别为0.04～0.40μg、0.09～0.90μg、0.09～0.90μg、0.13～1.30μg、0.174～1.740μg;平均加样回收率(n=5)为97.41%(RSD=2.94%)、100.58%(RSD=0.44%)、98.47%(RSD=1.28%)、97.60%(RSD=1.53%)、96.76%(RSD=3.20%)。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,能较好地控制产品质量。

Simultaneous Determination of Five Anthraquinone in Fuyanxiao Capsule by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for simultaneous determination of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Fuyanxiao capsule.Methods The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,using a gradient elution with methanol-water containing 0.1% phosphoric acid（85∶15） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the temperature of column was 25℃ and detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results The linear ranges of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion were 0.04-0.40 μg,0.09-0.90 μg,0.09-0.90 μg,0.13-1.30 μg and 0.174-1.740 μg,respectively.The average recoveries（n=5） of the five contents were 97.41%（RSD=2.94%）,100.58%（RSD=0.44%）,98.47%（RSD=1.28%）,97.6 %（RSD=1.53%）,96.76%（RSD=3.20%）,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,it is able to control the product quality better.
