阿托伐他汀在老年冠心病合并高脂血症中的应用分析

目的 分析研究阿托伐他汀在治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症中的临床效果,为治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症建立实验理论基础.方法 将本院2011年8月～2012年6月收治的74例老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者按照随机分组的方式分为治疗组与对照组.对照组行常规治疗,治疗组行常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较.结果 两组患者在给药后胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、三酰甘油（TG）均有明显降低,数据对比具有统计学意义;治疗组治疗有效率与对照组治疗有效率对比差异具有统计学意义,P ＜ 0.05.结论 阿托伐他汀对老年冠心病合并高脂血症有明显治疗效果,能够在短时间内降低TC、LDL-C、TG水平,安全稳定,值得在临床应用中进行推广.

Application analysis of atorvastatin in elderly coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia

Objective To analyze and research the clinical efficacy of Atorvastatin in elderly coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia and to set theoretical foundation to the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods Seventy-four patients suffered from elderly coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from August 2011 to June 2012 were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Patients in the control group were given general treatment while patients in the therapy group were given Atovastatin in addition to general treatment. Therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results Statistically significant differ- ences （P 〈 0.05） existed in the cholesterol （TC）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） and triglycerides （TG） level before and after treatment with lower level in all items after treatment in both groups. Statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05） existed in efficacy of treatment between the two groups. Conclusion Atorvastatin has a clear therapeutic effect to the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. It can lower TC, LDL-C and TG level in short time with safety and stable therapeutic effects and is worthy of clinical application.
