影响凝血酶原时间的国际标准化比值准确性的因素分析

目的探讨影响凝血酶原时间的国际标准化比值（INR）准确性的因素，从而为临床抗凝治疗提供更合理的实验数据。方法从采血前患者是否服用药物、是否腹泻、是否饮酒以及采血后标本状态、标本量、标本的测定时间等方面分析这些因素对INR的影响程度。结果服用头孢类抗生素前后，腹泻治疗前后，戒酒前后组INR差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；是否溶血、标本量改变、是否及时检测组的INR差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论存INR的检测过程中，注意标本采集前患者状态和采集屙标本因素对结果准确性的影响，以提高凝血活性检验的标准化程度，更好地为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。

Factor analysis of influencing international normalized ratio accuracy of prothrombin time

Objective To investigate the factors influencing international normalized ratio accuracy of prothrombin time in order to provide more reasonable experimental data for clinical anticoagulant therapy. Methods Factors like whether taking medicine or not, diarrhea or not, and whether drinking alcohol or not before blood sampling, and state of sample, sample size, and testing time of sample after blood collection were analyzed aiming at finding out what degrees they might influence international normalized ratio （INR）. Results The INR in before and after taking cephalosporins groups, diarrhea before and after treatment groups, and before and after quitting alcohol groups displayed statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. What＇s more, the INR in hemolysis or not groups, varied sample size groups, and test in time or not groups also showed statistical differences （P 〈 0,05）. Conclusion In the process of testing INR, paying attention to the influence of outcome accuracy by patient＇s conditions before sample collection and sample factors after acquisition in order to improve degrees of standardization of the procoagulant activity test and better provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
