肠道病毒71型感染手足口病并发神经系统损害的MRI表现

目的 分析胃肠道病毒71型（EV71）手足口病患儿并发神经系统损害的磁共振表现特征,探讨MRI在其诊断中的临床应用价值.方法 回顾性分析26例2011年7月～2012年8月经临床确诊为EV71感染手足口病并发神经系统损害的患儿头颅及脊髓MRI资料.结果 病变累及延髓26例,桥脑被盖部23例,中脑9例,小脑齿状核2例,节段脊髓7例.病变对称性分布,呈长T1长T2信号改变.结论 EV71手足口病并发神经系统损害常累及脑干,易累及脊髓前角,MRI表现具有特征性,可为临床诊治提供可靠的影像学依据.

Magnatic resonance imaging expression of nervous system damage in children with Hand-foot-mouth disease infected by Enterovirus 71

Objective To determine the clinical value of magnatic resonance imaging （MRI） in the diagnosis of nervous system damage in children with Hand-foot-mouth disease infected by Enterovirus 71 （EV71）. Methods The MRI data of 26 children of clinically diagnosed as neurological complications associated with EV71 （collected from July 2011 to August 2012） were retrospectively analyzed. Results The lesions were shown in the medulla oblongata （26 cases）, tegmentum of pons （23 cases）, midbrain （9 cases）, dentate nuclei of the cerebellum （2 cases）, and spinal cord （7 cases）. The lesions were symmetrical with low signal intensity in TIWI and high signal in T2WI. Conclusion MRI can provide valuable informations for clinic assessment and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease. Medulla oblongata and pons, bilateral anterior horns of spinal cord involvement are characteristic findings of EV71 encephalitis.
