中药穴位贴敷治疗失眠的临床效果探究

目的探究中药穴位贴敷治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法将本院2009年2月-2010年2月收录的90例失眠患者随机分为两组，对照组45例患者给予常规治疗，而观察组45例患者在常规治疗基础上给予中药穴位贴敷治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果通过两组的治疗效果比较，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为93．3％，而对照组患者临床治疗总有效率为82．2％，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床中对于失眠患者给予中药穴位贴敷具有较好的临床效果，值得临床中应用。

Clinical effect exploration of point application with Chinese Herbs in the treatment of insomnia

Objective To explore the clinical effect of point application with Chinese herbs in the treatment of insom- nia. Methods Ninety patients with insomnia admitted into our hospital from February 2009 to February 2010 were randomly divided into two groups. In control group （n = 45）, patients were given regular treatment, while in observation group （n = 45）, besides regular treatment, patients were also provided with point application with Chinese herbs. The effect in both groups was observed. Results After comparing the therapeutic effect in the two groups, the clinical total effectiveness rate in the observation group was 93.3%, which was remarkably higher than that in the control group （82.2%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of insomnia, point appli- cation with Chinese herbs can obtain a favorable clinical effect, which is worthy of application in clinic.
