100例血液病患者成分输血回顾分析

目的回顾分析100例血液病患者成分输血的输注指征，指导临床合理输血。方法选择郑州市某医院2009年1月～2011年1月收治的100例经临床相关检查证实为血液病患者的临床资料，男50例，女50例：年龄10～48岁。所有患者共367例次输血。应用统计软件对100例患者成分输血的输注效果、不良反应进行统计分析。结果输注血小板治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）的有效率为71．79％，其不良反应发生率为3．41％；输注Ⅷ因子浓缩剂、冷沉淀治疗血友病有效率分别为97．30％、100．00％，无不良反应发生；输注红细胞治疗贫血的有效率为94．90％，其不良反应发生率为3．77％；输注全血治疗贫皿的有效率为65．63％，不良反应发生率为5．88％；输注粒细胞治疗血液病粒细胞减少的有效率为67．80％，其不良反应发生率为16．95％。结论成分输血治疗血液病的有效率高，不良反应低，并且可以分离血液成分，节约血源。

The retrospective analysis of 100 blood patients with blood component transfusion

Objective To retrospectively analyze the indications of 100 blood patients with blood component transfusion for guiding clinical use of blood transfusions. Methods One hundred cases confirmed by clinical checks for the blood of patients in the Zhengzhou hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were selected, that 50 males and 50 female; aged 10 years old to 48 years old. All patients were given 367 numbers of transfusions. Applied the statistical software to statistical analysis for the ingredient transfusion infusion effects, adverse reactions. Results The platelet transfusion therapy of ITP effective rate was 71.79%, and the adverse reaction incidence was 3.41%; the infusion of factor Ⅷ concentrate and cryoprecipitate treatment of hemophilia efficiency were 97.30% and 100.00%, and had no adverse reaction; the red blood cell transfusions to treat anemia effective rate was 94.90%, there were 3.77% incidence of adverse reactions;the infusion of whole blood to treat anemia was 65.63%, the adverse reaction rate was 5.88%; the infusion of granulocyte treat blood diseases fieutropenia effective rate was 67.80%, the adverse reaction rate was 16.95%. Conclusion The component blood transfusion to treat blood diseases are high efficieney, and there have low adverse reaction and separation of blood components and saving blood source.
