舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘100例临床观察

目的探讨舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选择本院200例支气管哮喘患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予舒利迭和孟鲁斯特钠治疗，对照组给予布地奈德治疗。观察两组治疗前和治疗后肺功能改变情况。结果观察组治疗后最大呼气中期流速、第1秒用力呼气量、最大呼气流速峰值与对照组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗有效率（94．0％）高于对照组（80．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舒利迭联合孟鲁司特钠能够改善支气管哮喘患者肺功能，临床效果显著。

Clinical observation of Seretide combined with Montelukast Sodium in treatment of 100 patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Seretide combined with Montelukast Sodium in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Two hundred patients with bronchial asthma were selected and randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group. The observation group was given Seretide combined with Montelukast Sodium. Con- trol group were given Budesonide. The changes of pulmonary function was observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results The maximal mid-expiratory flow, forced expiratory volume in one second, the maximum peak expira- tory flow in the observation group after treatment compared with those in control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the total effective rate （94.0%） of observation group after treatment was higher than that in control group after treatment （80.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Seretide combined with Montelukast can improve the pulmonary function in patients with bronchial asthma, clinical ef- fect is significant.
