几种自锁托槽矫治器对牙弓形态影响的研究

目的 采用自锁矫治技术进行矫治,探讨和分析治疗前后牙弓形态的变化.方法 选择40例牙列拥挤的患者,使用自锁托槽进行矫治,对治疗前后的记存模型进行测量,分析矫治前后牙弓形态发生的变化.结果 40例患者矫治后牙弓长度和宽度均有明显的增加,牙弓宽度增加主要发生在前磨牙区.上颌中切牙唇向前移和第一磨牙发生远中向后移量差异无统计学意义.牙弓变化与牙列拥挤度显著相关.结论 采用自锁矫治技术对拥挤患者进行矫治,治疗后牙弓宽度和长度增大,上颌牙弓长度增加由上颌切牙唇向移动和磨牙远中移动共同作用所致.

Study of the changes of dental arches treated with several self-ligating brackets

Objective To investigate the changes of dental arches treated with self-ligating brackets. Methods Dental casts of 40 patients treated with self-ligating brackets were taken before and ＂after the treatment. Then the differences of arch width and arch length was analyzed. Results The 40 casts the change of upper intercanine width （lingual）, up- per intermolar width （lingual）, lower intermolar （fossa and lingual）, upper medium arch length were not statistically significant. And other measurement items showed significant increases. Conclusion The arch form of those patients treated with self-ligating brackets developed in both width （especially interpremolar width） and length. Maxillary in- cisors moved forward and molars backward.
