卵巢恶性肿瘤化疗前的沟通与护理干预

目的探讨卵巢恶性肿瘤化疗前的沟通及护理干预对策。方法将本院收治的128例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组各64例，对照组采用常规综合治疗；观察组在此基础上，同时对患者进行化疗前沟通及相应护理干预。结果观察组的焦虑和抑郁情绪明显减轻．变化差异显著．对照组的焦虑和抑郁情绪无显著变化；对照组发生心理反应共46例（71．9％），观察组5例（7．8％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者化疗前后生活质量存在明显差异。结论临床对卵巢恶性肿瘤患者化疗前进行沟通及护理干预可有效降低患者不良情绪的发生，使其积极配合化疗，对改善患者的病情具有一定的临床价值。

Communication before chemo-treatment of ovarian cancer and care in- terventions

Objective To probe into the communication before chemo-treatment of ovarian cancer and care interven- tions. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of patients with ovarian cancer received by our hospital were di- vided into control group and observation group randomly （n = 64）. The routine treatment was administrated to control group. On the basis of this, the communication before chemo-treatment and care interventions was administrated to observation group. Results Worriment and depression of observation group eased obviously, with significant changes. Worriment and depression of control group did not improve. 46 cases （71.9%） made psychoreaction in control group and 5 cases （7.8%） in observation group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. There were clear differ- ences in the quality of life before and after chemo-treatment between the two groups of patients. Conclusion The clin- ical communication before chemo-treatment of ovarian cancer and care interventions can reduce the incidence of bad mood, and make patients to actively cooperate to do chemo-treatment. It has a certain clinical value for improving the state of illness.
