骨盆骨折术后并发症的预防与护理对策

目的探讨应用综合护理模式对术后出现并发症的骨盆骨折患者实施护理的临床效果。方法抽取94例术后出现并发症的骨盆骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,平均每组47例。采用常规骨盆骨折护理模式对对照组患者实施护理;采用综合护理模式对观察组患者实施护理。结果观察组患者骨盆骨折病情治疗效果明显优于对照组;并发症控制时间、住院时间、骨盆功能恢复时间明显短于对照组;患者对护理服务满意度明显高于对照组。结论应用综合护理模式对术后出现并发症的骨盆骨折患者实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

Prevention and nursing care of postoperative complications of pelvic fracture

Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing model applied to complications postoperative nursing in patients with pelvic fracture. Methods Ninety four cases of complications in patients with postoperative pelvic fracture, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each an average of 47 cases. Routine pelvic fracture nursing model on nursing patients with control group; comprehensive nursing model in nursing of patients in the observation group. Results The observation group of patients with pelvic fracture treatment effect was significantly better than the control group; the control time, hospitalization time, complications of pelvic function recovery time was shorter than the control group; the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing on complications of pelvic fractures in patients with clinical nursing is very obvious.
