子宫内膜癌患者的心理干预护理措施

目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者的心理状态及护理干预效果。方法本院诊治的60例子宫内膜癌患者，将进行常规护理的30例患者设为对照组，在常规护理基础上行心理干预的30例患者设为观察组。对两组患者护理前、后进行抑郁评分和焦虑评分并进行比较。结果两组患者护理后的抑郁评分及焦虑评分均明显优于护理前，且观察组患者明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于子宫内膜癌患者，针对其心理特点，给予相应的护理干预，能明显提高患者的心理健康状态及护理满意度，有效改善患者术后生活质量，值得临床广泛推广。

The nursing intervention of psychological to patients with endometrial cancer

Objective To discuss about endometrial cancer patients＇ mental state and the effects of nursing interven- tion. Methods Sixty cases of patients with endometrial cancer treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group. Patients in control group went on routine care while the patients in observation group were added with psychological intervention. Depression scores and anxiety scores were compared between the two groups before and after the caring of patients. Results Depression scores and anxiety scores showed less depression and anxiety after caring than before in both groups. In addition, patients in observation group showed less depression and anxiety compared with patients in control group. The differences were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For patients with endometrial cancer, the method of giving the appropriate care intervention accord- ing to patients＇ psychological characteristics can significantly improve the patient＇s mental health status and satisfac- tion for caring. It can also effectively improve patients＇ quality of lives; it is worth of widely application in clinical trails.
