介入栓塞治疗肝癌破裂出血的临床效果分析

目的探讨介入栓塞治疗肝癌破裂出血的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年1-12月收治的13例肝癌破裂出血患者为研究对象，所有患者均接受介入栓塞治疗，回顾分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果所有13饵患者均有效止血，止血率达到100％。术后仅1例患者因失血量较大而发生休克，并于手术1d后死于肝肾功能衰t竭，其余患者均未发生急性肝肾功能衰竭和复发出血等并发症，且肿瘤均显著减小。结论介入栓塞治疗肝癌破裂出血，具有较为理想的临床疗效，且止血较为迅速，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical analysis of interventional embolization for the treatment of rupture and bleeding of the liver cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of interventional embolization in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma rupture hemorrhage. Methods Thirteen cases liver cancer patients with rupture in our hospital from 2011 January to 2011 December was selected as study object, all the patients were treated with interventional therapy, the clinical effect was retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 13 patients got effective hcmostasis , hemostatic rate reached 100%. After operation, only 1 patient got shock due to larger blood loss, and died of hepatic and renal failure in 1 d after operation, the remaining patients had no acute kidney function failure and recurrence of bleeding and other complications, and the tumor was significantly decreased. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of interventional cmbolization for the treatment of rupture and bleeding of the liver cancer is better, and hemostasis is relatively rapid, it has high value in clinical application.
