中西医结合治疗耐药性肺结核48例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗耐药性肺结核病患者的临床效果。方法选择本院住院复治耐药肺结核病患者88例，分成治疗组48例和对照组40例，两组患者均给予相同的西医抗结核药物治疗，治疗组在西药治疗的基础上加服中药，疗程均为1个月，结束后观察并比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组有效率为89．6％，明显优于对照组的77．5％（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗耐药性肺结核疗效可靠，可以促进病灶吸收以及痰菌转阴，促进临床症状的改善，值得推广。

Effect observation of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treating for 48 patients with drug-resistant tuber culosis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treating for drug-resistant tuberculosis （TB）. Methods A total of 88 inpatients with drug-resistant TB in our hospital were divided into treatment group（48 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The patients of two groups were giv- en same antituberculotic medication. The treatment group added with the Chinese medicine in the foundation of west- ern drug therapy. The curative course of two groups was both one month. The clinical effect of two groups were ob- served and compared after treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group （89.6%） was apparently higher than that of control group （77.5%）, There was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treating for drug-resistant TB is effective, and can promote lesion absorption, sputum negative conversion and clinical symptoms improvement. So it deserves generalization.
