连云港沿海居民饮食状况与高血压患病关系的调查

目的了解连云港沿海居民海产品饮食状况与高血压患病情况的关系,并针对存在的问题,进行营养建议和指导。方法在连云港沿海居民中随机抽取年龄在35～80岁的人群进行膳食调查和结果统计。结果连云港沿海居民对虾、贝类、螃蟹、腌制品等海产品食用量偏大,且连云港沿海居民的高血压患病率为35.96%,明显高于全国平均水平,随着年龄的递增,患病率逐渐升高。结论虾、蟹、贝类等海产品的过量摄入可能增加高血压患病的概率。

The survey of the relationship of the Lianyungang coastal residents di- etary status and hypertension prevalence

Objective To understand the relationship of the Lianyungang coastal residents dietary status and hyperten- sion prevalence, and carry out nutrition suggestion and direction by analyzing the existing problem. Methods The ma- jor dietary behavior of 35-80 years old age residents whom were selected randomly in Lianyungang were investigated by using questionnaire with a random sampling method and the results was statistically counted. Results The seafood consumption such as shrimp, shellfish, crabs, pickled products of Lianyungang coastal residents was relative large, and the prevalence of hypertension of Lianyungang coastal residents was 35.96%, it was significantly higher than the na- tional average. With the age increased, the prevalence increased gradually. Conclusion The excessive intake of seafood such as shrimp, crab, and shellfish may increase the lorobabilitv of hypertension.
