中药热奄包辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

目的分析探究应用中药热奄包来辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院2010年3月-2011年9月收治的48例慢性盆腔炎患者，随机分成对照组和观察组各24例，两组患者均静脉注射0，5g甲硝唑，2次，d，并注射将0．5g阿奇霉素加入到500mL的5％葡萄糖注射液，1次，d，连续进行l周。观察组患者在此基础上再外敷中药热奄包进行辅助治疗，1周为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程后观察比较两组患者治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率是75．0％，观察组总有效率是95．8％，观察组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组，且P〈0．05。结论慢性盆腔炎临床治疗中应用中药热奄包外敷辅助治疗，效果显著，且无不良反应，值得推广应用。

Clinical effects of Chinese Medicine Reyanbao adjuvant treatment to chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of Chinese medicine reyanbao adjuvant treatment to chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Fouty eight patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from March 2010 to September 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 24 cases respectively. Patients in both groups were intravenously given 0.5 g of arilin, 2 times/day, and 500 mL of 5% glucose with 0.5 g of azithromycin, 1 time/day for one week. Patients in the observation group were added with Chinese medicine reyanbao adjuvant treatment. One week was a course of treatment, after continuous treatment for three courses the clinical effects between the two groups were compared. Results Statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.05） existed in the total effective rate in which the control group was 75.0% and the observation group was 95.8%. The observation group had better clinical effects after treatment in comparison with the control group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine reyanbao adjuvant therapy has significant effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with little adverse reactions and should be widely applied.
