新生儿先天性食管闭锁22例的围术期护理

目的 探讨新生儿先天性食管闭锁的围术期护理方法.方法 对2008～2012年本院收治的22例新生儿先天性食管闭锁患儿围术期护理进行回顾性分析、总结.结果 22例患儿中除1例死亡、2例放弃治疗外,其余19例痊愈出院,术后随访3个月～3年,19例患儿均生长发育正常,总有效率为86.4%.结论 对于新生儿先天性食管闭锁症,近年来随着医疗技术水平的不断提高,通过加强围术期的护理,有效减少并发症,提高成活率,治愈率明显提高.

Perioperative nursing of 22 cases with neonatal congenital esophageal atresia

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing method ol neonatal congemtal eaop,a~ua The perioperative nursing for 22 neonates with congenital esophageal atresia admitted into our hospital from 2008 to 2012 was retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Among 22 neonates, 1 case was dead, 2 cases gave up treatment, and the rest were discharged from hospital after cure. After 3 months to 3 years post-operation follow-up, the growth and development of 19 babies were normal. The total effective rate accounted for 86.4%. Conclusion For newborn congenital esophageal atresia, in recent years, with continuous improvement of medical techniques, strengthening the perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the complications, increase the survival rate as well as cure rate.
