Bcl-2和DPC4与口腔癌关系的研究进展

口腔鳞状细胞癌是口腔颌面部最常见的恶性肿瘤。普遍观点认为口腔鳞癌的发生与发展和外部因素如局部物理、化学等刺激以及内在因素如遗传、精神等多种因素有密切关系。随着对肿瘤分子水平研究的进展,目前认为肿瘤的发生与多种癌变基因激活及抑癌基因失活、缺失有关。胰腺癌缺失基因（DPC4）和B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因（Bcl-2）主要作用为调节细胞的生长、分化、凋亡,两种基因与口腔癌的发生、发展有密切关系。本文对DPC4和Bcl-2与口腔癌关系的研究进展作一综述。

The research progress between Bcl-2 and DPC4 with oral cancer

Oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） is one of the most commonly oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. It is currently believes that OSCC is associated with external factors and internal factors, such as physical and chemical irritation, Heredity, mental factor and so on. With the development of molecular biology techniques, present research shows that tumorigenesis is associate with mutation of oncogene and inactivation of anti-oncogene. Deleted in pancreatic cancer 4 （DPC4） and B-cell lymphoma-2 （Bcl-2） can regulate cells growth, differentiation and apoptosis, which are closely correlated with oral cancer. The purpose of this paper is to describe the research progress between DPC4 and Bcl-2 with oral cancer.
