摘 要: | 目的通过类比在儿科临床带教中应用循证护理与传统的儿科临床带教的结果,探讨循证护理教学方式在儿科临床带教中的作用。方法将参加儿科临床带教培训的护生58名平均分成两组,对照组29名,实验组29名,对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组采用循证护理的教学方法。培训结束时,比较两组护生的考试成绩。结果实验组的出科考试成绩高于对照组,两组成绩相比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论循证护理可以培养护生以实证为根据的护理观念和提高其护理研究能力,在儿科临床带教中有显著的作用。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing teaching methods in pediatric clinical teaching by the analogy to the results of the application of evidence-based care in pediatric clinical teaching and traditional pediatric clinical teaching. Methods Fifty-eight nursing students participated in the training of pediatric clinical teaching were divided into control group and experiment group with 29 students in each group. Control group used tra- ditional teaching methods while the experimental group used evidence-based nursing teaching methods in pediatric clinical teaching. By the end of the training, test scores of nursing students were compared between the two groups. Results Statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05) existed in test scores between the two groups and scores of ex- perimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing teaching can cultivate evidence-based care concepts of the students and improve their care research capacity. It plays a significant role in the pediatric clinical teaching. |
