心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼护理的应用

目的探讨心理护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者的临床护理效果。方法64例急性闭角型青光眼患者随机分为研究组和对照组各32例，均采用常规护理方法，研究组在此基础上同时进行心理护理，观察两组护理效果。结果两组患者治疗前SAS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后，两组评分均明显下降，研究组患者治疗后SAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论心理护理可改善急性闭角型青光眼患者的焦虑程度，提高依从性，临床应注意分析患者不良心理并对症护理。

Application of psychological nursing in caring of acute angle-closure glaucoma

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of psychological nursing in caring of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods Sixty-four patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma were randomly assigned into study group and control group, with 32 cases respectively. Both groups were cared by conventional nursing and study group was also cared by psychological nursing on this basis. The nursing effect of both groups was observed. Results Before the treatment, the SAS score of both groups patients had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. After the treatment, the SAS score of both groups was markedly decreased; the SAS score of study group was obviously lower than that of control group with highly significant difference by statistical comparison （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion For patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma, psychological nursing can improve their anxiety levels and compliance. The adverse psychology of patients should be analyzed with special attention and cared for symptom.
