腹腔镜联合药物治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的研究分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合药物治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010年1月-2011年12月诊断为卵巢子宫内膜异位症的患者65例，均为行腹腔镜手术治疗，其中观察组33例术后联合孕三烯酮药物治疗，而对照组未用药物，比较两组疗效及术后妊娠率。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组，复发率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。观察组妊娠率为86．7％（13／15），对照组妊娠率为66．7％（8／12），观察组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜手术联合孕i烯酮治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症可有效提高受孕率，缓解患者症状，不良反应小，值得推广使用。

Analysis of laparoscope combined with drug in treatment of ovarian en- dometriosis

Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery combined with drug in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis. Methods The clinical dates of 65 cases with ovarian endometriosis given laparoscopic operation in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. The observation group （33 eases） were given gestrinone after operation, while the control group did not use drugs. The effect and pregnancy rate after opera- tion of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group, the recurrence rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 86.7% （13/15）, while the pregnancy rate of the control group was 66.7% （8/12）. The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statis- tically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation combined with Gestrinone in treatment of ovarian en- dometriosis can effectively improve the pregnancy rate, alleviate the symptoms of the patients, less adverse reactions. It is worth popularizing.
