健康宣教在高血压患者中的应用探讨

目的探讨健康宣教对高血压患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取2011年4月1日-2012年3月31日本科门诊高血压患者184例，随机分为两组，对照组行常规治疗，观察组行健康宣教，两组患者均在6个月后进行门诊复查，比较两组患者治疗有效率及治疗依从性。结果观察组患者总有效率为90．22％，对照组患者总有效率为73．91％，两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论健康宣教可以提高患者对治疗的依从性，从而提高治疗的有效率。

Application discuss of health education in hypertensive patients

Objective To explore the impact of health education on the treatment of patients with hypertension. Methods One hundred and eighty-four cases of outpatient hypertension patients from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conventional treatment, observa- tion group was given health education. The treatment efficiency and treatment of compliance of two groups were com- pared after 6 months. Results The effective rate of observation group was 90.22%, the effective rate of the control group was 73.91%, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Health education can improve the compliance of patients in treatment, so as to improve the efficiency of treatment.
