阿奇霉素联合痰热清治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

目的 观察阿奇霉素联合痰热清治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效.方法 将符合诊断标准的支原体肺炎患儿87例按照入院顺序随机法分为对照组（43例）和治疗组（44例）,对照组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,治疗组在此治疗基础上加用痰热清静脉滴注,两组治疗时间均为2周.对两组临床症状、疗效及不良反应发生率分别进行比较.结果 经过2周治疗后,治疗组总有效率（95.45%）明显高于对照组（81.40%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）;治疗组患儿退热时间、咳嗽、喘息消退时间及肺部啰音消失时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）;治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）.结论 阿奇霉素联合痰热清治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效较好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation on azithromycin combined with tanreqing in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Azithromycin combined with Tanreqing in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Eighty-seven cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were ran domly divided into control group （n=43 cases） and treatment group （n=44 cases） according to admission order. The con- trol group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy, and the treatment group was added tanreqing for treatment on the basis, the two groups were all treatment 2 weeks. The clinical symptoms, the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results After the two weeks treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group （95.45%） was significantly higher control group （81.40%）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The fever time, coughing, wheezing subsided time and pulmonary rales disappeared of treatment group were significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reactions of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The azithromycin combined with tanreqing for treating myeoplasma pneumonia in children has better efficacy, fewer ad- verse reactions, which should be widely applied.
