地尔硫卓片用于治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作临床疗效观察

目的探讨地尔硫卓片治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作的临床效果。方法选取2009年11月-2012年11月在本院治疗的95例慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作患者住院病例资料进行回顾性分析，分成两组，对照组予以常规治疗．观察组在对照组的基础上加用地尔硫卓片治疗，比较两组治疗后的临床效果情况。结果对照组的显效率为35．6％，总有效率为80．0％；观察组的显效率为70．0％，总有效率为96．0％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组在血气分析和血液流变学比较上治疗前差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论地尔硫卓片治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作临床效果显著，可明显改善患者的症状、体征和心功能情况。

Observation on clinical effect of diltiazem tablets treating acute attack of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of dihiazem tablets treating acute attack of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 95 patients with acute attack of chronic pulmonary heart disease treated in our hospital from November 2009 to November 2012 were analyzed retrospectively. And all the patients were divided into two groups, the control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group were treated with dihi- azem tablets based on the control group. The clinical effect of two groups after treatment was compared. Results The significant efficiency of the control group was 35.6%, and the total effective rate was 80.0%. The significant efficiency of the observation group was 70.0%, and the total effective rate was 96.0%. The difference between the two groups was evident （P 〈 0.05）. In addition, there was no evident difference in the blood gas analysis and hemorheology before treatment between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）, which had evident difference after treatment between the two groups, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dihiazem tablets treating acute attack of chronic pulmonary heart disease not only has evident clinical effect, but also can improve evidently the symptoms, sign and cardiac function of the patients.
