早期干预对围生期高危儿预后的临床观察

目的探讨早期干预对围生期高危儿神经系统发育异常的影响。方法选取2011年10月～2012年11月在本院治疗的60例围生期高危儿临床病例作为调查对象,分成新生儿早期干预组（A组）、婴儿早期干预组（B组）、1岁以后干预组（C组）和20例正常的足月儿正常儿组（D组）,采用NBNA评分等进行评估,对有高危儿进行随访研究和早期干预。结果经过干预后,A、B、C组患儿在运动发育上与D组的差距逐步缩小,而这3组异常干预中,干预得越早,效果越好。围生期高危儿经1个月干预后,NBNA评分明显差于正常组对照儿（P〈0.05）,而3个月后,3组患儿的NBNA评分与正常儿比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对围生期高危儿神经系统发育异常进行早期干预有助于改善患儿运动能力等的综合发展。

The clinical observation of early intervention on the prognosis of perinatal high-risk children

Objective To study the effect of early intervention on high-risk infants of perinatal neurodevelopment effects of abnormal. Methods Sixty cases of perinatal high-risk infants from October 2011 to November 2012 in our hospital were selected as the research object, and were divided into neonatal early intervention group （group A）, infant and early intervention group （group B）, 1 year after the intervention group （group C） and 20 cases of normal full-term infants with normal group （group D）, the NBNA score was evaluated, in high risk infants follow-up research and early intervention. Results After the intervention, the gap in the sports development in group D and group A, group B, group C were decreased gradually, while the three abnormal group intervention, intervention sooner, the better. Perinatal high-risk infants after 1 month intervention, the score of NBNA was significantly worse than that of normal controls （P 0.05）, and 3 months later, NBNA score compared with the normal infants in three groups, but had no significant difference （P 0.05）. Conclusion The perinatal high-risk infants nervous system abnormalities of early intervention of integrated development helps to improve children＇s sports ability.
