蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗婴幼儿手足口病的临床疗效观察

目的 观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗婴幼儿手足口病的临床疗效.方法 将100例婴幼儿手足口病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予利巴韦林常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上口服蒲地蓝消炎口服液,以7 d为1个疗程.1个疗程后观察临床疗效.结果 治疗组的显效率为52.0%,总有效率为98.0%,两组显效率和总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）.结论 蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗婴幼儿手足口病有显著疗效,能明显提高治愈率,临床应用安全有效.

Curative effect observation of Pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid in the treatment of infantile Hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective To observe the curative effect of Pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid in the treatment of infantile Hand- foot-mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods One hundred patients of hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 50） and control group （n = 50）. The control group received conventional treatment, while treatment group received Pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid on the basis of conventional treatment, each course of treatment lasted 7 days. the clinical curative effect after l course of treatment was observed. Results The obvious response rate and overall response rate in treating group were 46.0% and 98.0% respectively. The differences of obvious effective rate and total effective rate between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid has a significant effect in the treatment of infantile with hand-foot-mouth disease, it can significantly im- prove the cure rate, and with clinical application of safe and effective.
