| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声高频探头在急性阑尾炎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院诊断的428例急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料,比较采用超声高频探头诊断与采用低频探头诊断的诊断效果。结果 428例患者采用超声检查出396例,有18例误诊,有14例漏诊。结论采用超声高频探头对急性阑尾炎进行诊断,具有较高的阳性显示率,有一定的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound probe in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods The clinical data of 428 cases of acute appendicitis patients in our hospital was analyzed retro-spectively, the diagnostic efficacy of high frequency ultrasound probe diagnostic and low frequency probe diagnostic was compared. Results Among the 428 cases of patients, 396 cases were checked out by ultrasound, 18 cases were misdiagnosed, and with 14 cases of missed diagnosis. Conclusion The use of high frequency ultrasound probe for diagnosis of acute appendicitis, with higher positive display rate, and has a certain clinical application value. |
