全髋关节置换与单纯股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的疗效比较分析

目的 探讨髋关节置换与单纯股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的疗效情况.方法 分析本院高龄股骨颈骨折患者60例的临床情况,依据治疗方式不同进行分组,全髋关节置换组30例和单纯股骨头置换组30例.结果 全髋关节置换组高龄股骨颈骨折患者的术后疼痛和术后功能均优于单纯股骨头置换组,同时全髋关节置换组股骨头缺血坏死、股骨颈缩短、感染等并发症发生率均优于全髋关节置换组,P 〈 0.05,差异均有统计学意义.结论 全髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者术后功能和疼痛效果较理想,并发症少,值得临床借鉴.

Curative effect comparison analysis of total hip replacement and femoral head replacement alone in treatment of femoral neck fracture

Objective To investigate the efficacy of total hip replacement and femoral head replacement alone in treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods Sixty cases of patients with femoral neck fracture were analyzed, which was divided into total hip replacement group 30 cases and the femoral head replacement alone group 30 cases. Results The postoperative pain and function of total hip replacement group were better than those of the femoral head replace- ment alone group, the incidence of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, femoral neck shortening, infection and other complications of total hip replacement group were better than those of the femoral head replacement alone group, P 〈 0.05, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The total hip replacement in the treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture has ideal postoperative functional and pain effects, less complications, which is to be used in clinic.
