老年急性胆囊炎的分析治疗

目的探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的临床特征和手术治疗。方法回顾分析手术治疗113例老年人急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料,其中有93例患者进行单纯胆囊切除术,有12例患者实施了胆囊大部切除术,仅有8例进行了胆囊切除＋胆总管T管引流术。结果经过手术治疗后113例患者均已痊愈。手术后并发上呼吸道感染的患者有8例．并发肺炎的有4例,切121裂开的有3例,经过治疗后均痊愈出院,无手术死亡病例。结论老年急性胆囊炎术前应检查控制合并症,积极进行手术治疗。

Clinical analysis of acute cholecystitis in senile patients

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and surgical procedures of complications in aged patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods Surgical treatment of 113 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis patients, including 93 patients with simple cholecystectomy, 12 patients had implemented a subtotal cholecystectomy surgery, only eight cases of cholecystectomy ＋ common bile duct T tube drainage. Results One hundred and thirteen patients had been cured after surgery. 8 cases of patients with postoperative complications after upper respiratory tract infection, pneumo- nia, four cases of wound dehiscence, 3 patients were cured after treatment, no operative deaths. Conclusion Before surgery, we should check comorbidities of elderly people suffering from acute cholecystitisdan and active surgical treatment.
