综合性护理在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者社区康复中的应用

目的探讨综合性护理在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者社区康复中的应用。方法选取本院2011年7月～2012年12月脑卒中致吞咽障碍出院回社区康复患者随机分为对照组和观察组各78例,对照组患者接受常规的治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上安排社区医护人员上门进行基础吞咽功能锻炼、饮食训练、心理调节等指导。观察两组患者6周后吞咽功能的改善情况。结果观察组患者吞咽功能改善情况优于对照组（χ2=12.153,P〈0.01）。结论脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者出院后立即进行社区综合性护理,可以有效改善患者的吞咽功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Application of comprehensive nursing used in community rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke

Objective To investigate the application of comprehensive nursing used in community rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods Community rehabilitation patients with dysphagia after stroke, who discharged from our hospital from July 2011 to December 2012, were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 78 cases in each. Control group patients received conventional treatment, and observation group patients added door-to-door guide by community medical staff about basal swallowing function training, eating training, mental regulation etc. 6 weeks later, the improvement of swallowing function in two groups were observed. Results The improvement of swallowing function in observation group was better than that in control group （χ2 = 12.153, P 0.01）. Conclusion If patients with dysphagia after stroke can immediately accept community comprehensive nursing after discharge, it can effectively improve swallowing function and quality of life of patients.
